Cardknox Customer Service Name Change Updated in Tickets Module
New Alphanumeric Data Entry Restrictions
Only English alphabet characters are allowed. Entry of non-English letters, such as Hebrew, will prompt an error message to display.
SSN, Amex ESA, and EBT
Only numbers are allowed for these fields. Entry of letters will prompt an error message to display.
“Amex Entitlement” Section Now More Intuitive
Previously, the Amex Entitlement section gave users the option to opt in by clicking a checkbox next to the words “Amex Entitlement.” This opt-in method wasn’t clear to users, so we have replaced it with two distinct Yes/No checkboxes. Additionally, selection of a checkbox is now required.
EIDS Enrollment Status Added to Account Summary
Users of the Partner Portal can now see if their merchant is enrolled in EIDS (Fiserv’s chargeback management platform) by clicking over to the Account Summary section.
Business Legal Name Now Displays Properly
In the Account Overview section, we resolved an issue in which the Business Legal Name data point was not displaying properly.
